PCT Presents- Adam Blanch in Albury–Wodonga

Progressing Contemporary Technique is thrilled to be offering the opportunity  to train with PCT Director Adam Blanch .

Classes consist of PCT and Contemporary Technique with Adam that will place an emphasis on technique, fluidity, activating the correct muscles, musicality and challenging movement.

The PCT Presents series will prove to be a beneficial and unique training experience for any student.

It is recommended that to attend these classes you have a minimum of three years dance experience and have some ballet training.

Intermediate Class- (recommended age 10-13)

9am-10:15- Progressing Contemporary Technique- with Adam Blanch 

10:15-11:30 Contemporary Class/Rep- with Adam Blanch

Advanced Classes- (recommended ages 13+)

12:00pm-1:15pm Progressing Contemporary Technique with Adam Blanch

1:30-3pm- Contemporary Class/Rep with Adam Blanch

Equipment needed- 

1 Fusion ball

1 resistance band (120cm)
