Ceremonial cacao, breath and Sacred sounds are a deeply meditative, nurturing and nourishing journey. This 3 hour ceremony is a journey inwards to explore the truth of who you are, to receive guidance, nourishment and soul activations. A gentle heart expanding ceremony guiding you to receive, relax, heal, soften, activate and remember.

This ceremony is a Sacred container, an alchemical space within which transmutation can occur. This container allows you to remove any overlays, old energy, emotions and thoughts that no longer serve you as you are ready to allow the space to receive and explore new ways of being, living in closer alignment with your souls truth.

Together we connect in ceremony to journey into our heart space. Surrendering gently into the process and enabling the Sacred sounds to wash through us transmuting all that no longer serves.

Sound has the potential to dissolve and transmute any negative or heavy energies as the frequencies of the Sacred sounds will bring us up into a higher vibrational state and in doing so all that does not match this, will naturally fall away.

The great gift of combining Ceremonial cacao and Sacred sounds is that they are both high vibrational energy tools, combined with meditation this shamanic soundscape will take you on a journey with your soul.

They both enable you to release, realign and rejuvenate with ease and grace. They both gently carry away what no longer serves from a deep internal journey.

As we drop deeper into ourselves the emotions are simply carried through the sounds and we relax deeper and deeper, with no need for the body to activate a cathartic release. This gives you the opportunity to realign and anchor who you are.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR CEREMONY

- Yoga mat or comfortable mat to lie on for ceremony or you can lie in bed or on the couch, as long as you can stretch out and be comfortable.
- Journal and pen to take notes of any ideas or healing you receive during the ceremony.
- Water bottle with good quality drinking water
- BYO Ceremonial Cacao if you choose to drink it with us for ceremony.
- Have a comfortable blanket and cushion. It gets cold when we relax so we ask everyone to bring a BLANKET, whether you think you need it or not.
- Use an eye pillow if you wish, this can help you to relax further.
- Wear comfortable clothes, it is important you can relax during the ceremony, we ask you to please not wear anything too tight or too short that you feel you cannot move around as needed.
