Tequila and Lime Grilled King Prawn - King prawn marinated in Tequila, lime, ginger & garlic on mango & tomato salsa with basil XVOO.

Marinated Lamb Backstrap - Greek lamb souvlaki served on grilled pita, pico de gallo & tzatziki.

Filled Peppers - Oven baked capsicum filled with olive, zucchini, feta & basil topped with shaved Parmesan.

MAINS

Chicken Breast Boscaiola - Chicken breast finished in a creamy bacon, mushroom & white wine sauce served with sauteed broccolini & roasted sweet potato.

Grilled Barramundi - Mediterranean herbed fillet served with roast asparagus & garlic butter mashed potato.

Pot Braised Beef Cheeks - 4-hour pot braised beef cheeks in tomato & onion confit served with Pommes Anna & broccolini.
