August Tasting - Highland Whisky Sub Regions

Join us as we delve deeper into Scotland’s largest whisky region — the Highlands — exploring its diverse and often surprising sub-regions.

From the peated coastal drams of the far north to the fruit-laden malts of the central Highlands, this tasting will uncover the distinct flavour profiles that define each Highland sub-region. We’ll be exploring five unique whiskies, including a special focus on maritime malts as a class of their own.

We’re keeping the lineup under wraps — but rest assured, each whisky has been carefully chosen to showcase the breadth and beauty of Highland whisky.

To honour the spirit of the Highlands, we’ll be using the outdoor area at Lang’s Lounge. The weather might lean on the bracing side — so rug up and embrace the chill!
