Gervais Koffi & the African Diaspora

Born in Côte d’Ivoire, West Africa, Gervais Koffi is a superb bass player & vocalist, & a magnificent entertainer who breathes life into any audience. 

After a hugely successful musical career based in Johannesburg, which saw him travel the world performing & recording with world-class musicians &  producers, Gervais has made inner west Sydney his home, introducing Afrobeat, Soukous &  Zouk (French Afro Caribbean) music to Australian audiences in major venues & festivals around the country.

African Diaspora are the best Afro-roots shows in town!  On stage, they steam through a carefully crafted mixture of originals &  classic African grooves. They get down & get funky to make their audience dance, jump and& sing along to their infectious grooves &  melodies.
