There is something special about Adelaide Hills Distillery. It’s hard to know whether it’s the story of Sacha La Forgia who is a winemaker turned distiller, or the way their unique gin distilling techniques sets them apart from others or is it how there is a product for everyone and every occasion. In honesty, it is probably a culmination of all three.

A distillery so bespoke needs a night to showcase their flavours and flair, which is why we have teamed up to bring you Adelaide Hills Distillery Gin & Spirit Degustation at the Ark.

Join us and Adelaide Hills Distillery for an intimate 20-person 6 course degustation on Friday, June 10. Each dish is carefully paired with a gin or spirit to accentuate both the flavours and notes.

Gin and beetroot cured salmon, tapioca cracker, pickled cucumber, dill

Classic Gin

2^nd Course

Balsamic strawberry, goats cheese, prosciutto, crostini

Sunset Gin

3^rd Course

Pulled duck, burnt orange emulsion, chives, cucumber, crepe

Bitter Orange

4^th Course

Smoked pork fillet, bacon jam, brioche toast, parmesan mousse

Desert Gin

5^th Course

Spiced fruit cake, butterscotch, praline

Australian Whiskey

6^th Course

Lemon tart, meringue, shortcrust

Rosso Vermouth
