One Step at a Time - Brunswick - Family Relationship Support for Carers and Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect North East Metro invite Carers to join us for a walk along the Merri Creek trail and enjoy morning tea at Ceres Merri cafe 

CERES Community Environment Park is an award winning, not-for-profit, sustainability centre located on 4.5 hectares on the Merri Creek in East Brunswick, Melbourne.

Enjoy the open spaces, the community enterprises, and morning tea with us. 

Connect with other carers in a relaxed, non-judgmental space and enjoy the added benefits of being immersed in nature such as lower stress, improved mental health, and an overall feeling of wellbeing.

Free for unpaid carers 

Strictly Carers only, this is your time.

Participants are expected to be able to walk independently for up to 55 minutes on various, challenging terrain.

Sorry no dogs allowed and no transport provided.

We advise participants to wear comfortable walking shoes and suitable attire for all weather conditions, walks will take place in all weather except thunderstorms.
