Private Practice Webinar: Managing bullying and harassment claims

Date: Wednesday, 27 August 2025

Time: 12:15pm - 1:00pm AEST

Running a private practice comes with the duty to provide a safe work environment for your team. This includes managing the health and safety risks of workplace bullying and harassment and knowing how to respond if a complaint arises. Failing to address bullying and harassment allegations can result in the Fair Work Commission getting involved, reputational damage and a decline in workplace morale.

This session will help private practice owners and managers understand their obligations, reduce risk and confidently handle complaints. We will cover:

  • The legal definitions of bullying and harassment
  • Employer and worker responsibilities under WHS legislation
  • How to respond to a complaint
  • Investigation essentials, ensuring procedural fairness
  • How to support affected workers

The webinar will be held on Wednesday, 27 August 2025. Register now.

We encourage you to email your questions before the webinar to events@amansw.com.au. We will endeavour to address them during the webinar (time permitting) or answer them afterwards.
