Have you ever googled, “Am I an alcoholic?” or “Should I stop drinking?” Have you ever woken up hungover, vowing to NEVER drink again….only to find yourself having a glass of wine by dinnertime? If you are reading this and nodding your head, you have come to the right place!

Amanda and Ebony have joined forces to create a 3 part workshop to help you gain control of your drinking and change your relationship with alcohol. It’s not about total abstinence or quitting drinking forever, unless you want to! It’s about taking back the power in your life and stepping into the best version of yourself.

Ebony (Registered Counsellor) will be chatting about how you can change your relationship with alcohol and asking you to consider what might be the deeper motivations behind your drinking habits. Over the course of the three sessions, she will help you will develop concrete strategies for managing peer pressure and cravings, change up tired old habits and stretch a little out of those comfort zones and discover new ways to make conscious and purposeful decisions about how you want to interact with alcohol.

Amanda (Clinical Hypnotherapist) will be conducting a brief hypnosis session of about 20 mins long, this is every bit as beneficial online as it is in person. All you need is a comfortable chair, where your head is supported, preferably seated rather than lying (it’s not Amanda’s goal to put you to sleep). The first part of the session is to start the process of relaxation, kind of like a mindfulness exercise, from there, Amanda will look to address your habits and behaviours around drinking.  These sessions will be designed to help you gain control over your choices, breaking the habit of drinking, diminishing cravings and setting you free.  There are no side effects and you will leave the session feeling more positive, as well as relaxed from hypnosis session! The sessions will be recorded and can then be listened to multiple times to consolidate the results.  

Join us on Wednesday 22nd February, 1st March, and 8th March at 8pm (Sydney time).  You can still attend the zoom session, with your camera turned off  if you choose to be anonymous, and if you are unable to attend any or all of the sessions, a replay link will be sent to you to watch at your convenience.

Refund Policy

Refunds up to 3 days before the event, If for some reason you are unable to attend the live webinar, no need for concern - you will receive a recording of the session to listen to at a time that is convenient to you
