We believe you have all the answers inside of yourself to create the changes and/or the life you desire but finding the time and quiet space can be challenging. The retreat will run from 9 - 3.30pm on Sunday 10 October 2021.

Join us and other like minded individuals where you will have the opportunity to slow down, pay attention and listen inward. This is a unique opportunity to reformulate the way in which we live our lives, and to re-examine what is most meaningful to each of us. We will use movement, powerful questions, meditation and discussion to consider new possibilities and new qualities.

Our theme for the day is “boundaries”. As Brene Brown says, "daring to set boundaries is about having the courage to love ourselves, even when we risk disappointing others. We can't base our own worthiness on others' approval. Only when we believe, deep down, that we are enough we can say "Enough!"

Suzie & Katie are both very passionate about wellbeing and the power of the mind. They offer a safe, calm & caring environment. A yummy vegetarian lunch will be provided by Brisbane’s original @botanicarealfood

FULL DAY

The retreat will run from 9am - 3.30pm-ish and include:

  • Two Yoga classes
  • Guided Meditations
  • Yoga Nidra
  • Workshops
  • Discussions
  • Reflection time
  • Tea + snacks

Leave feeling refreshed, balanced and clear on what you would like to call into your life by living in the moment. No yoga experience necessary. All are welcome.

What to bring:

  • Refillable water bottle
  • Scarf, shawl or covering to keep warm just in case :)

About us:

Katie Delimon, Yoga & Meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner

Born in the US, Katie is a free spirit who once worked and lived in NYC, LA and SYD. She learned a lot but never felt fulfilled until stumbling into a meditation retreat along some of her travels in 2014. Her life was forever changed. Katie believes our bodies and minds are desperately seeking ways in which to slow down and that understanding ourselves, through a harmonious body-mind connection, is the beginning of true ease, inner peace and wisdom. Her hope is therefore to share with as many people as possible, a realistic approach to a balanced life, through holistic yoga, meditation and mindfulness experiences. Suzie Aron, Yoga teacher, Business Owner, Student and Mumma

Suzie spent a decade working in the corporate world, climbing the ladder, trying to fall pregnant and feeling very tired and overwhelmed - all the time! She went to yoga to try something new and it opened up a whole new way of being and living. Over the next decade Suzie dived into a new business, became a yoga teacher, has 2 children and is learning that presence is the key to joy and fulfillment. She has also just begun her Masters of Social Work at Griffith University. Suzie believes that all the answers to our questions and problems lie within ourselves if we stop and take the opportunity to listen and connect in. She is passionate about helping women to reconnect into themselves, nurture their creativity, and rediscover their desires and dreams. Learn more about Suzie.
