Time with people who recognise the same situations you deal with, a chance to hear how others have handled them, and the start of relationships you can come back to.

Women working in manufacturing are often the only woman in their team, or one of very few, with little chance to compare notes with peers doing similar work elsewhere in the industry. The Women in Manufacturing network exists to change that. Each event is built around a guest or an activity, so there is always something to talk about and no pressure to work the room.

Come on your own or bring a colleague. Everyone is welcome, in any role and at any level.

Ian 'Herbie' Hemphill | Founder & Owner, Herbie's Spices. Author of The Spice & Herb Bible (3rd Edition) and How to Add Flavor, Ian has spent more than 50 years sourcing and studying herbs and spices around the world. His session ranges from why saffron is the world's most expensive spice to how the vanilla bean gets its flavour, along with a look at Australian native herbs and spices.
