Bombshell Burlesque & KTB’s iconic Belle Rose rose petal shoot is back – with a twist! For Love Or Money invites you to luxuriate on a bed made from thousands of rose petals OR remind the world that you’re wildly expensive, rolling on stacks of paper money. Are you soft, sensual, and promising a thorny edge if you place your hand just right – LOVE? Or are you desirable, decadent, and making it rain baby – MONEY?

Caitlin of KTB is one of Queensland’s most creative portraiture photographers and with an eye for the beautiful and the bewitching, she will transport you to a world where you are your sexy, seductive best!

Lila Luxx of Bombshell Burlesque will guide you through the process, including pre-production in a private Facebook group for participants to assist with developing and sourcing costumes and props, and will be on hand on the day to ensure you are positioned in poses that are as impactful as they are flattering.

LOVE: Choose from three blushing tones for your petal backdrop: Sophia (Deep Maroon Red, inspired by Sophia Loren), Marilyn (Vibrant Red, inspired by Marilyn Monroe), and Rihanna (Hot pink, inspired by Rihanna).

MONEY: All our money bed overhead shots will be on a striking peacock green velvet background to make the bills – and you – pop!

The Process

1. Book in by paying your deposit via the ticketing website.

2. You’ll be added to a Facebook group to as discuss costuming, posing and props so that we can create the best look for each of you as well as choose your background colour: LOVE (choose from Sophia, Marilyn or Rihanna with rose petals) or MONEY (Rich peacock green with paper money)

3. Two weeks before the event, your balance payment is due. You’ll also receive a schedule for shooting.

4. On the day, you’ll be allocated a time to shoot

5. After the event, you’ll be emailed an online gallery to choose your final images!

BRING: Your props, costumes, hair and makeup to suit your superb rose petal moment

FINAL IMAGE: Your package includes two fully edited images. Once you select yours from an online gallery, final glamour edits will be emailed to you in high res format within a maximum of 6 weeks.

FAQs:

I look terrible lying down, how can I be sure I’ll end up with cute pictures? We have a duo of WONDERWOMEN to coach you through poses and shapes to flatter you. Next, KTB has perfected the shooting ANGLE to make the most of your curves and minimize bonus chins. Finally, our trusty friend PHOTOSHOP steps in to touch up any bits you’re not loving. Wonderwomen, Angle and Photoshop: this WAP will having you looking & feeling spectacular

What should I wear? Anything you like! Lingerie, a ball gown or even nothing at all if you’re feeling like a tribute to American Beauty is in order!

Can you cover my bra straps and bruises? Yes, glamour retouching is our standard for Fantasy Portrait sessions.

Will I still look like me after Glamour Editing? We will never alter your body shape in Photoshop without specifically being asked. If there are particular areas of your body you would feel more comfortable in removing or reshaping (chin, waist, legs, arms, neck) please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Glamour editing will still always include skin retouching, smoothing pigmentation and removing some sunmarks, removing or softening hair flyaways, brightening of eyes and enhancing parts of the body with lighting and studio background cleanup.

Can you change the colour of my outfit? Usually, yes, but please check with us first. Requests from dark to light are usually not as simple.
