💡 What is CRM?

The Community Resiliency Model (CRM®) is a simple, evidence-based wellness approach developed by the Trauma Resource Institute (TRI). CRM teaches practical, body-based skills that help people understand and manage their natural stress responses — supporting calm, balance, and wellbeing even during challenging times.

Every day stress, change, or adversity can trigger our body’s survival responses — leaving us anxious, tense, or disconnected. CRM empowers individuals to:
