World renowned Asperger’s Syndrome expert, Professor Tony Attwood, will be guest speaking at Discovering Asperger’s - a high tea luncheon on 27th October 2013. Hosted by redevents, a division of redhotblue, the event is aimed at providing support and resources to those living with Asperger’s Syndrome. Attendees will have the exclusive opportunity to get expert advice and ideas from Professor Attwood, author of many Asperger’s books and resources.
Parents, teachers, friends, family and those in the community who have Asperger’s are invited to share your story and find out more about how to effectively manage living with Asperger’s while enjoying the company of others who understand and support you.
After being welcomed with a glass of champagne on arrival, you will be treated to a selection of gourmet sandwiches, pastries and sweets and have the opportunity to win lucky door prizes.
About Prof Tony Attwood
Professor Tony Attwood is well known for sharing his knowledge of Asperger's Syndrome. He has an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Hull, a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Surrey and a PhD from the University of London. He is currently adjunct Associate Professor at Griffith University in Queensland. Tony has written several publications on Asperger's Syndrome and his book, titled Asperger's Syndrome, has now been translated into several languages.
