Bianca James from studio b fitness will be leading you through this pregnancy yoga course, Tune into your changing body and connect with your growing baby.

Yoga creates more space for you and your growing baby and our classes focus on preventing and dealing with common pregnancy related ailments.

Classesincludepartnerwork,breathingtechniques,pelvicfloorconnection, visualisations/meditations and more.


Open to all women even if you have not done yoga before once you have passed your 13th week of pregnancy.

Please consult your medical professional before commencing prenatal yoga.
