Hatha Yoga Fridays 10:00-11:00

9 WEEK COURSE 3rd May-5th July (no class 7th June)

A gentle flowing hatha yoga class that naturally progresses from the physical to the more subtle. The focus is on embodied awareness and the breath. Move at your own pace, listening to the innate wisdom of your own body. This one hour class includes gentle warming practices, flowing poses, breath awareness, relaxation and stillness.

Take time for yourself. Slow down. Nourish your nervous system. Be present. Breathe. Let go. Surrender.

Kimberley Roberts is a nurturing hatha yoga teacher and mentor in yoga as a way of life. She has been teaching yoga for over two decades and practicing her entire adult life. She is passionate about making yoga accessible to all
