When the King and Queen come to visit, there’s only one way to welcome them – in vintage style, of course!
Local fans of the popular Downton Abbey series are celebrating its movie premiere with an event not to be missed.
Guests will enjoy a reception fit for any royal, with champagne and canapes among friends while enjoying live music and entertainment. The roaring twenties are very much alive, and guests are encouraged to step out in style, with fashions reminiscent of the era and big-screen favourites like The Titanic and Great Gatsby.
With raffles and prizes throughout the evening, this event promises to be much more than a night out at the movies. All fundraising proceeds support Hope Horizons, Toowoomba’s cancer wellness centre.
EVENT: 6:00pm Thursday 12th September, at The Strand Cinemas, Margaret Street Toowoomba.
