Details
Course Times: 8:30am to 4:30pm both days.
Understanding the important steps of analysis, reporting, action and compliance.
This course assists supervisors and managers who are responsible for the collection of gaming data and reporting thereof.
Learn how to:
Retrieve data from gaming machine and system using retrieval system according to legislative requirements and organisational procedures.
Record data using correct methods and terminology according to legislative requirements and organisational procedures.
Analyse data according to legislative requirements and organisational procedures
Perform cash flow analysis according to the correct mathematical equation, including analysis of metered information and cash data.
Identify variances and determine possible causes.
Prepare reports and present them to the appropriate person.
Minimise waste in preparing reports.
DURATION: Two Days
Participants will receive a Certificate on successful completion of course requirements.
