Absolute Aerials + Latina Dance endeavour to provide a safe and joyful environment that promotes the importance of strength, fitness, health and wellbeing to members and aspiring performers of all ages. A place where the impossible becomes possible and inspires creativity.

All our classes are structured and levelled to promote effective and safe learning for all. We offer classes and shows/professional performances in aerial silk, hoop, cube, trapeze, duo trapeze and Latin dance (Brazilian Zouk, Samba De Gafieira + Samba Funkeado).
