Our Story
“established in 1974 we have raised in excess of $780,000 and displayed
original art from over 300 Western Australian artists”
Army Art is managed 100% by a volunteer committee with members having a wide range of skills and many have a direct link to the Defence Force. Our overall support team incorporates up to 80 volunteers who all give freely of their time in the lead up to Opening Night.

Our Aims
- to assist charitable and philanthropic causes within the community
- to promote established and emerging West Australian artists
- to foster relationships between the Australian Defence Force and the wider community
Beneficiaries 2019
The Beneficiary for 2019 is Connected By.....
... was conceived as a rehabilitation activity service provider for current & ex-serving ADF personnel, first responders & their families however workshops are open to all. The workshop to create a functional and artistic hollow wooden bodyboard, surfboard or paddleboard also builds a sense of belonging & community, a sense of purpose, a better future, self-awareness, work readiness skills, resilience and brings to life something that helps participants shine in their own way (www.connectedby.org)

Opening Night - Friday - August 23rd, 2019 - 7.00pm to 10.00pm (6.30pm for Early Bird Ticket Holders - attendance by pre-purchased ticket only)
Saturday - August 24th, 2019 - 10.00am to 5.00pm (entry by gold coin donation)
Sunday - August 25th, 2019 - 10.00am to 3.00pm (entry by gold coin donation)
