Hello, thanks for considering the Bellbowrie Car Boot Sale as your place to spend a pleasant Sunday morning.

We are building a family-friendly mixed market in the 4070 area. We want to bring the community together around some common interests: Being able to clear out the things you don't want, and making them available to others who might see treasure where you see trash; providing a place for local businesses to showcase their wares; a pleasant place to drink coffee, chat with friends (both old and new); and to support charities and local causes.

As a trader, your site fee will go directly to whichever cause or charity that is being supported at the time. Site fees are tax-deductible (please request a receipt by dropping an email to the organisers).

Whatever you sell, you keep that money in your pocket. We take nothing from you. But we'd like you to consider supporting the buskers that will often be there, adding to the atmosphere.

BBQ, coffee, cold drinks, cupcakes are all available at each market - which are scheduled for the last Sunday of each month.

RULES

Bookings
1. All trader bookings must be made through Stickytickets.com.au - no exceptions!
2. Business owners who wish to participate MUST contact the organisers BEFORE booking sites to avoid possible duplication of franchises or very similar businesses.
3. The following businesses cannot trade: Coffee vans/stands, cold drinks, cupcakes, BBQ/sausage sizzle.
4. No illegal or illicit products allowed.
5. No refunds on bookings if vendor cancels.
6. No transfers of cancelled bookings.
7. Full refund (including booking fee) if organisers cancel the event.

Participation
8. Set up from 6am.
9. Please use allocated space.
10. Unless trading from vehicle, vehicle/s must be parked off-site by 7am.
11. Shade is currently not provided - please bring a 3m x 3m (max) gazebo if you wish.
12. Dog-friendly market.
13. Markets close around 11am.
