Cassie Day is a multi-award-winning businesswoman, speaker, writer and community builder. A Fellow of the Governor’s Leadership Program (Leaders Institute South Australia), Cassie has qualifications in management, community services, and health, she brings over 23 years of lived and professional experience in disability, caring, chronic and mental health to her work, authentically engaging and inspiring audiences.

Over eight years, Cassie built The Carers Place from the kitchen table into a thriving seven-figure NDIS business, becoming a respected leader and advocate in the disability and care sectors. Launching the Connect and Collaborate business events in 2022, she transformed the NDIS provider landscape in South Australia.

Following the successful sale of her business in 2024, Cassie now guides for-purpose industry leaders and businesses on sustainable growth, strategy, change and leadership. A sought-after speaker, she delivers keynotes at major events and has contributed to multiple media outlets.
