I have been presenting since school, when I debated for a solid three years. Since then, virtually every professional role or every business I've run has involved some form of presenting, training, facilitation or moderation. Early on in my career I was fortunate enough to spend thousands of hours watching master facilitators teach, as well as train other facilitators. I sat in on each of the debrief sessions - which is how I built my knowledge of accelerated learning, neuro-linguistic-programming and adult learning techniques. I have created and delivered multi-day training sessions on management topics, safety leadership, time management and personal productivity; conducted webinars for small business owners; recorded nearly 200 podcasts and moderated more than 50 panel conversations. I've lost count of my keynote presentations and the feedback I receive is always of the highest quality - engaging, entertaining, enjoyable, powerful.
