At CREATIVE Transformations we believe that the art of good facilitation is not to teach or add something but to help lift the veil from our own insights and to support the trust in this knowing.  Charlotte Thaarup-Owen and Jenny Richards are Co-Directors of CREATIVE Transformations (Aust) Pty Ltd.

Charlotte, who facilitates the workshops offered by CREATIVE Transformations, is an internationally experienced consultant and facilitator with a degree in Adult Education. She has post graduate qualifications from University of London in 'Conflict Management and Mediation' and 'Creativity and Imagination in Education'.

Charlotte has over 15 years experience in facilitating change and personal and interpersonal development. She is also an accredited Mediator and Relationship Specialist, with facilitator status in Relationship Awareness Theory and Alternatives to Violence Programme.

Charlotte has had numerous successes transforming, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve targets thought unachievable. One such success resulted in a London organisation outperforming their target and receiving extra contracts worth £200,000 and a bonus of £165,000. Out of these successes has emerged the Mindful Self Program, a fresh and unique emotional education program that delivers new healthy mindsets.

She is passionate about supporting individuals to become all that they can be through acting from their higher self and is a dynamic and entertaining speaker who engages and captivates her audience. Charlotte sees her work as a privilege "There is nothing like being able to contribute positively to people's lives."
