David Lawrence Fitness

At David Lawrence Fitness, we provide an exciting and unique experience for young people,Complete Youth Conditioning (CYC) which provides innovative ways to keep moving, improve fitness and have fun! For all ages, and ranges of Fitness Levels! All participants welcome and we cater for ALL levels, from the "first into fitness" to the "elite!"
CYC is a series of varied and enjoyable fitness sessions designed specifically to help children aged between 8-16 years enjoy fitness activities and understand how to incorporate healthy choices and fitness into their lifestyles.
Classes cover all aspects of fitness including:

- Sports Specific Fitness
