Mum and Bubs Postpartum Exercise- Tuesdays 10:30-11:30
Join us for Mum and Bubs Fitness 8-week course. Are you ready to move your body safely & meet other women in a like-minded community? Is it time to put yourself & your health first? Then this class is for you.
This course is designed for mums with babies aged 6 weeks +, but not yet crawling. It is a safe and fun way to start exercising again after your life & body-changing event.
ABOUT ME:
Hi, my name's Andi - short for Andrea, and I'm a women's specific pre and postnatal exercise trainer. I grew up in Yamba, moved to Sydney for the last 10 years and now my family and I have relocated to the beautiful area of Woolgoolga.
I have been in the fitness industry for over 9 years, always loving movement and progressed into pre & postpartum exercise & education after I had my daughter in 2020 who is now 3.5y.o.
I am a certified mum safe trainer and have a close connection with the women at On Point Physiotherapy (Womens health Physio) in Coffs.
What to expect:
What you should expect from my classes is getting to know your postpartum body and safely returning to movement with other like-minded mums. We focus on pelvic floor activation, how to use your deep core muscles, breathing in line to support your pelvic floor through movement and how to intuitively return to full body training strengthening from the inside out.
There is a mixture of Pilates balls, mat work and body weight resistance training.
You do require your 6-week checkup from your GP.
Newborn babies are welcome.
