FPMHT

FPMHT have been running Mental Health training since 2016.

Our trainers are Christine Elliott and Fiona Price.

Fiona Price has a Bachelor of Psychology and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She has worked for 12.5 years supporting people with complex needs. Within that time Fiona worked for 8.5 years with clients who have depression, anxiety, substance use issues and schizophrenia in a community mental health setting. She also has family and friends who have a mental illness. Fiona is also experienced in teaching the Certificate IV in Mental Health. Fiona delivers high quality, eye opening mental health training. She is a warm and engaging trainer.

Christine Elliott has a Certificate IV in Community services and has been working to support people with complex needs in the community for the last 15 years. She draws upon her professional experience to bring the course alive. Christine is funny, warm, engaging and participants have commented that she runs the course in an "amazing" way. Christine has exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy.

FPMHT are passionate about ending the stigma surrounding mental health. We hope that as a society we will change to acknowledge mental illness to the extent that we acknowledge physical health issues.
