The passage of the landmark Respect at Work Act in late 2022 will have impacts felt throughout our industry. This is an opportunity for Clubs to review what’s happening in their organisation, what policies and training measures are in place, and to make sure they’re prepared for the implementation of new compliance regime.

In this 60-minute webinar we’ll take you through the impacts of bullying and sexual harassment in the workplace, understanding the Respect at Work Bill, reporting to the Fair Work Commission, and direct you to the numerous resources available to ensure your Club is prepared for the new legislation.
