Newy Rides helps people discover the best of Newcastle, by bike! 

We've relaunched Newy Rides in a slightly different format with a slightly different format. What was once a paid tourism product for people to cycle and experience Newcastle (guided tour) is now a FREE progressive long-lunch experience based on our popular 'Ride Along' events.

Our Ride Along events feature 2-3 venues as we cycle around the city enjoying a course at each. It's relaxed, authentic and a format that allows you to engage with other guests, the venues and Newcastle.

We love shared experiences and by sharing these stories, connecting people and supporting our local hospitality businesses we can build an engaged community through these free events.

We're not a group of hardcore lycra-clad cyclists (but you can come in lycra of course) but passionate advocates of our city who like great food and drinks, wanting to share these stories far and wide.

• Guests bring their own bike and equipment (hire options available)
• This is not a formalised bike tour (Newy Rides is no longer a commercialised business)
• Each route is outlined in the event description, as well as the format, menu and price you should expect to pay at each venue.
• Guests accept all personal liability and risk when participating in these events. Newy Rides accepts no liability (T&C's included when booking each event)
• You don't need to be a 'cyclist' to participate - all welcome
