Frequently Asked Questions

When should I submit my application for the Not for Profit or Community Group Rebate?
Please submit your application as early as possible in your event set up to allow for processing and timely approval.
Can Sticky Tickets refuse or request changes to how we acknowledge them as a supporter?
Management reserves the right to ask you to modify your acknowledgement of Sticky Tickets as a supporter, or to refuse the application without explanation.
How will I know if my event has been approved for the rebate, and how are payments made?
Once approved, a rebate ribbon is added to your event summary page indicating your expected rebate. After you mark the event as completed, you'll receive two payments — one for your ticket sales and one for your rebate. No invoice needed.
Can unendorsed funds or institutions apply?
Unendorsed funds and institutions may apply, however approval is at the discretion of Sticky Tickets management.
