How do I become an event organiser on Sticky Tickets?

New users:

  1. Go to stickytickets.com.au/sell-tickets
  2. Click Sell Tickets to Your Event
  3. Enter email + secure password
  4. Select Organiser as account type
  5. Complete the registration form
  6. Click Complete Registration
  7. Verify via the confirmation email
  8. Start creating your event

Existing customers:

  1. Log in at stickytickets.com.au
  2. Click My Events or Become an Organiser in the menu
  3. Pick organiser type: individual, business, not-for-profit, or registered charity
  4. Click Become an Organiser
  5. Verify via emailed link
  6. Add bank details (now or later via My Account)
  7. Start creating your event

Details: No fees or commitments. You can create dummy events to test the platform. Funds are transferred to your bank account after the event has been completed.

How to create an event on Sticky Tickets?

Quick flow: Log in → My Events → Create a New Event → enter event name → Create Your Event → complete the required (orange) sections → Make Event Live.

Sections to fill:

  1. Event Date — start/end date & time, time zone, multi-day toggle, optional custom display labels.
  2. Event Location — venue, address (with map), extra ticket instructions.
  3. Organiser Details — name, organisation, contact email, optional phone; choose to show email publicly or use a contact form.
  4. Refund Policy (required) — timeframe, conditions, optional links/documents.
  5. Event Description — what to expect, speakers/inclusions/schedule, images.
  6. Tickets (required) — name, price, quantity, sale dates, min/max per order; optional toggles for showing remaining stock, waiting lists, editable details, invoice payments.
  7. Optional Features — sub-tickets (upsells/add-ons), seating plan, promo codes, privacy settings, split payments, order success button.

Publish: Use Preview first, then Make Event Live → choose Publish Now or Schedule Later.
